On January 7, 2020, the Oviedo City FC sports project was born, a new sports club that, based on humility and a job well done, aspires to become a benchmark for Oviedo, Asturian, Spanish, and international football as soon as possible.

Behind this project are Luis Álvarez Barro and Oscar Albuquerque, names that treasure great knowledge of the world of football and endow the Club with values ​​such as seriousness, discipline, development, and internationalization.

Oviedo City FC will officially debut in the 2020-2021 season playing in the Second Regional Category of the Royal Asturian Football Federation.
